Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% charge, of their booking, or a 50% deposit maybe required prior to future appointments. Please take note that not all colour services include a blow dry.
All colour services will need to be booked with a blow-dry or roughdry- a rough dry is free of charge but is only slightly dried to see the colour and take the dampness out.
